Planning permission obtained

We have now got the planning permission to change the shop into holiday accommodation. Planning, Listed Buildings and Building Control authorities have no reservations or conditions, so essentially, if we follow the submitted plans, we can do whatever we want.


This, along with already moved electrical meters, and easy access to the sewer, essentially clears us for take-off, and we can commence works immediately.


This will create a modern 2 bedroom apartment of 450 sq ft in a desirable location, which will add to the business and hopefully be a great asset to have.
